Many of us remember attending C.C.D. classes as children. Today, we use the term “Faith Formation,” with the idea that making or “forming” disciples in the Faith involves more than bookwork in a classroom. It involves everyone, not just the children of a parish.

History

June 29, 1967, Rev. Eugene Hoffman was assigned to establish a new parish in the Highland-Griffith area. Our parish was established under the Patronage of St James (The Less) on October 22, 1967. Just three days later, October 25, 1967, a house and property in Lakeside Subdivision. COMPLETE HISTORY

Father Keith

We welcomed Father Keith as our pastor in 2005. Filling the shoes of his predecessor wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t long before he warmed our hearts and we fell in love with him.
